Graduated from the Law School of the Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México, and obtained a Master's Degree in Industrial Property at the Université de Paris II, (Sorbonne-Panthéon). Alejandro was a Foreign Associate at the prestigious French firm Simeon Moquet Borde in Paris, France (nowadays, Lovells). Alejandro is a lecturer in various national and international forums; he has written multiple articles on Intellectual Property and Corporate Law, he has extensive experience in patents and trademarks, including protection strategies, litigation and related matters. Alejandro is an active member of the following associations AMPII, AIPPI, AIPLA, APAA, APRAM, ABA, IBA, INTA, FICPI, PTMG, MARQUES, LES, ECTA, ITMA.

She is an Associate in the Trademarks area. Her professional career includes more than 9 years of experience in intellectual property matters. She has extensive experience protecting intellectual property rights, advising on contractual matters including the drafting of licensing, transfer, coexistence and collaboration agreements, trademark registration, creation of strategies for brand protection, supervision and monitoring of matters in the Trademark Offices of different countries, and management of trademarks abroad, legal assistance in Copyright matters, monitoring procedure and creation of strategies regarding Copyright.

Holds a law degree from Universidad Anáhuac, and a Master's degree in Intellectual and Industrial Property (Magister Lvcentinvs) from the University of Alicante, Spain, by performing internships for an important firm in that country. With more than 12 years of experience in Intellectual and Industrial Property, his professional practice has been developed primarily in consulting and implementation of strategies related to trademark matters, availability searches, description of products and services according to the Nice Classification, licensing and transmission of trademark rights, opposition proceedings, requests for cancellation, nullity and infringement, contentious administrative proceedings against trademark denials, among others. Is an active member of AMPPI, INTA and AIPPI.

Electromechanical Engineer specialized in Automation by the Tecnológico de Estudios Superiores de Coacalco in which he obtained much experience in teaching. Has more than 10 years of experience in prosecution of Patents, Industrial Designs and Utility Models. As the Head of the Patent Department, Josue possesses advanced knowledge in the processing of applications in the Mechanical, Electrical, and Life Sciences fields. Josué specializes in national and international searches, drafting, filing and prosecution of Patents, Designs and Utility Models in Mexico, PCT application filings before WIPO, and abroad. Josué has extensive experience in patent translation, preparation of drawings, as well as in technical patentability and infringement analysis. Josué is the inventor and applicant for the Patent Application MX/a/2016/012080 (WO 2018/051201).
